  The interior of Fausto's looks like your standard Southern diner. Upon entering, I was asked to "shh" before placing my order as the waitress was on the phone before I could even place my order. I order a grilled chicken sandwich and sat at a table. I politely asked the waitress to clean the table as it looked like there was dried blood on the counter. She eventually came and cleaned the table before looking at me aghast if I would expect such a thing. The chicken sandwich was decent if a little on the small portion side. The rest of the menu was fried chicken and sides such as macaroni and cheese, fries, greens, and salad. I promptly finished by sandwich and left.
